I thought I'd use this space to followup on my meeting presentations and make some "between meeting" comments about PCs, software and the industry in general. I'll reserve my comments and help for the help forum and the other forums on this list.

Click on the red "Dowload Now" button at the top right hand side of the page to get the software. Install it and run a scan. Once the scan is done, follow the instructions to fix the problems detected on the computer.
I wish I could say the results are the same for programs that tell you about updated drivers for your PC. I've not had a lot of luck with them and am facing a rebuilt of my Vista machine right now because the hardware driver that allows me to run a CD/DVD ROM on the PC isn't working. I'm going to give it another look, but considering that I only have about a week to go before the break in business before the New Year, time is being essential.
