Since it appears that we will unlikely get together as a group for this month, I wanted to pass along this information...
This month's Microsoft are highly significant in that they address some serious exploitable bugs in a number of products, and that the updates themselves go back in time to cover some older Microsoft products including Office XP and Windows 2000. If you are using these older products, be sure you get these updates.
Also Adobe has released updates for a number of their products including Adobe Reader. which are being exploited right now.
If you are having problems keeping up with current updates, I recommend you download Secunia PSI, install it, and let it scan, and remind you of what updates you need to install.
