User Karma system disabled

I have disabeled the installed User Karma system as has not worked as it should for some time. Instead, Badges based upon contributions to the site will be assigned manually. (Based upon number of posts in the forum, blog articles, etc.) When and if activity picks up here, I'm willing to give it another shot so as to automate some of my tasks. In addition, those who are members or officers of CEBUG will have a small image file such as that visible next to this post in their postings.
